Program Overview

This program focuses on improving community awareness and engagement around routine immunization and other preventive health services. HS-PHI supports and complements authorized health services and does not present itself as an independent vaccination provider unless appropriately authorized.

What We Focus On

  • Routine childhood immunization awareness
  • Vaccine information and health education
  • Addressing misinformation and misconceptions
  • Immunization demand creation and community mobilization
  • Caregiver education and appointment awareness
  • Preventive-health campaigns and referral information

Who We Serve

Parents, caregivers, children and communities with barriers to preventive health information or services.

How We Work

HS-PHI takes a community-centered, evidence-informed approach. Activities are designed around local needs, delivered with relevant stakeholders, and reviewed for learning and improvement.

Expected Impact
